Not included in the price:

  • Location fee of the stay is 50,- CZK/person/day
  • (not valid for children under 18, disabled persons, blind persons + accompanying persons).

Booking conditions

Prices are in Czech crowns.
Pets are not allowed in the apartments.

A refundable deposit of CZK 2000 per apartment is required upon check-in.
The refundable deposit serves as a guarantee for the return of the apartment with undamaged equipment.
The security deposit will be refunded at the end of the stay.

CHECK-IN 15:00 -17:00 | CHECK-OUT 10:00
Rooms are only reserved until 18:00.
If the guest does not notify in advance of a late arrival, the room reservation may be cancelled after 18:00.

Cancellation policy

up to 14 days before arrival – 0% of the accommodation price – the deposit will be refunded to the guest’s account
13- 7 days prior to arrival – 35% of the stay
6 – 2 days before arrival – 50% of the accommodation price
from 2 days before arrival or cancellation or shortening of the stay (accommodation) during the stay – 100% of the accommodation price.

Cancellation fee is a contractual penalty.
